I visited Cherie at The Walnuts Studio to have permanent eyeliner. From start to finish Cherie provides an extremely professional experience along with being very personable and puts you at ease straight away with her friendly manner. First of all Cherie was completely diligent with covering all aspects from the patch test to a full health review.My procedure was completed in two sessions, the second being the top up. This was a painless procedure for me and at all times Cherie would address any concerns that you may have. At the end of the procedure Cherie spent a generous amount of time making sure that you are completely happy with the outcome. As a contact lens wearer I no longer have to struggle to apply eyeliner. I definitely will have no reservations in re-visiting Cherie at her Studio in the future. Thank you Cherie.

I have been playing with the thought of having permanent eyebrows done for a few years and was always too scared, until I met Cherie at a networking event. In our first initial appointment she explained everything and answered all my millions of questions. She was so patient with me, gave me a lot of guidance and her lovely and calming manner reassured me. The procedure was not painful at all, just a slight scratching feeling and the result is amazing! Cherie really takes the time to make sure the brows are the way you like them and takes her time incorporating all the tweaks you want and not even my sister noticed that I had them done, they are so natural! I love her consultation room as well, it is all so lovely decorated in pink and clean! Cherie is such a lovely, kind person who really cares about the outcome for you. I am so happy with my brows! They are exactly the way I wanted them, or even better to be honest, compared to how I used to draw them. It saves me time in the morning and I wake up... with the perfect eyebrows. I would recommend Cherie to anyone without hesitation! She really cares about you as a person, you are not just another appointment. I visited Cherie yesterday to get permanent eyeliner and could highly recommend her to anyone looking to get permanent makeup! I was initially thinking of getting my eyebrows done, however when thinking of what would make the most difference for me I decided to go for eyeliner! I wear eyeliner everyday and it always takes me forever to get it right! I suffer with watery eyes especially in the cold weather and recently visited New York and felt self conscious having my photo taken as my eyeliner had run everywhere due to the cold weather! Now I have my eyeliner I don’t have to worry about things like that which will make a massive difference, and I also don’t have to spend so much time on my everyday makeup routine! Cherie was so kind and patient and spent her time making sure I was happy with everything and talked me through all the steps keeping me informed every step of the way. Cherie is so knowledgeable about permanent makeup and has done so much training I felt 100% confident in her ability. My only... concern was if the treatment would be painful however it was relatively pain free, which was very surprising! I've been going here for a while now and every time I leave, I feel more confident in myself! I used to hate booking beauty appointments because I found them awkward or was worried about the quality, but I feel so comfortable here and the service is second to none. If you want very natural looking permanent make up, then go here! It is a lovely and relaxing experience. Cherie cares so much about people - you can guarantee you'll be well looked after.For reference: I started with henna brows and have now had ombre brows done (just had my second appt). Have also had lash lift and tints done here and will be booking another soon!

I met Cherie about a year ago when I was searching for permanent makeup. Cherie is very friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional at the same time. The initial consultation was very detailed, Cherie took time to explain everything about the procedure, healing and aftercare. At no point I ever felt I was rushed to make a decision and after a careful consideration I chose to go for the Powdered brows method, which I found to be healing slightly longer, though the results lasted longer. Unfortunately due to Covid, my second appointment had to be postponed a few times and eventually when I got to my second top up, I took Cherie’s s advice to go fo Russian Volume Brows, which I thought looked softer and the healing was quicker too. I had many compliments about my brows and I really couldn’t be happier.When I had my brows done for the first time, I also chose to have an eye liner on my bottom lid, which I am very happy with, but due to my eyes being very sensitive and swollen during the procedure,... Cherie suggested to come back for a slight correction and a top up.I am so happy with the overall results and I would not hesitate to recommend Cherie and her services to everyone who is considering permanent makeup.read more

I was interested in having a permanent eyeliner but did not know anything about the procedure. I searched on-line and since I live in London, many beauty clinics popped up. However, I felt I didn't belong to that glamourous environment, and I felt intimidated by the mere thought to go to these clinics. I looked outside London and Cherie's website caught my attention. I liked the fact that she comes from a medical background, and that she talked about feeling comfortable with your appearance rather than just having a beauty treatment to be glamorous ! I booked the treatment after a Zoom appointment where I met Cherie who explained the procedure in details. The day of the appointment I got on a train from Victoria Station and after one hour journey, and 3 minutes walking, I was at Cherie's clinic (based at her home). I was little worried about feeling too much pain (at the end of the day, it is a tattoo on your eyelids!), but Cherie explained step by step what she was doing and what I would feel. She was... extremely reassuring, caring and professional. The pain is absolutely bearable and I love my eyeliners!read more

I have never had anything like this done before, searched online and found this locally and felt very happy with consultation. The cleanliness and the time and attention I was given made me choose here. I’m very happy with my brows they look very natural and suit my age. I shall be returning for eye liner and lash lift later this year.

So glad I went to Cherie at Natural Definitions for my semi permanent eyebrows.Cherie is friendly, caring and professional. I had an initial consultation when Cherie listened to my expectations and gave choice and advice to ensure the finished result would make me happy. The actual procedure was not unpleasant or painful and I felt pampered in Cherie’s lovely studio.I’m thrilled with the result so far and looking forward to my six week ‘top up’Don’t be like me and take a couple of years thinking about it - go for it. I had an amazing experience having my Eyebrows done at Cherie's wonderful and welcoming studio. Cherie makes you feel very relaxed and takes time to get the shape and definition you desire, she is patient, caring and professional. A few days after the experience I was complimented on the shape of my brows by several customers in the shop I work in. The whole experience was relaxing and the aftercare procedure was carefully explained so I could take best care of my new brows.I would definitely recommend Cherie and Natural definitions for any permanent makeup you desire, don't hesitate and book a consultation with Cherie.

I don't wear much makeup and was always hesitant to have my eyebrows dyed as I didn't want them too dark and I didn't want checmicals on my face but after a chat with Cherie I decided to give it a go and I am so glad I did - what an amazing difference. I never really got how eyebrows "frame your face" but now I do, and having the henna brows means no nasty chemicals. Thank you Cherie, for your time and patience and what a lovely atmosphere you have created in your treatment room.

I asked Cherie for a gift voucher for my mom to have her eyebrows tattooed, and mom was so scared of the process and the outcome that it took her 6 months to get it done! Cherie was amazing at putting her at ease, she took hours of time and care to go over everything so that mom felt she was confident enough to get it done. Mom strongly recommends Cherie for her expertise but more importantly her kindness, patience and soft touch. Cherie is far more than just a permanent make up artist, she is an expert at getting the right outcome with her clients.

I went to the appointment with my mum. She had the permanent eyebrow powered soft natural definition look. All i can say we are so pleased with results. Cherie was so professional explained every detailed and made my mum feel so at ease. Cherie knows the in and outs of permanent make up. Definatly the best decision my mum has ever made. The eyebrow was specifically designed for my mum and nothing was ever to much problem time was not an issue for cherie.

Extremely professional and a fantastically clean studio. Cherie knows her stuff! Very meticulous throughout my semi permanent eyeliner procedure, she was excellent at checking I was feeling okay throughout the duration of the procedure. As someone who has had treatments before but elsewhere i was astounded by the level of Natural Definitions professionalism and knowledge from Cherie. Excited to go back from my top up and can't wait to have lips and brows in the future. Thank goodness I found Cherie!!

Being naturally blonde and fair skinned, I have used eyeliner to enhance my lash line and mascara since I was about 13 years old and I have never left the house without these two in place. If my liner and lashes are ready, then so am I. Then I discovered ‘Natural Definitions.’ The idea that I could have beautiful natural looking liner and lashes all day every day really appealed but I felt so nervous and apprehensive. My consultation with Cherie put me instantly at ease. Cherie was so reassuring and so calm and patient. Adding to that, she is an absolute perfectionist and my semi permanent eyeliner looks beautiful. The procedure was not painful as I had expected and having had the 6 week top up, I am delighted with the result. Highly recommended.

Cherie is fantastic- I had my eyebrows done by her. She spends a lot of time on consultation to get the right colour and shape. Having relocated to Kent I was happy to have found her. I am so pleased the results. The treatment room is very relaxing and Cherie makes you feel very welcome and relaxed.
